Ingredients:
Roughly chopped Musk Melon (Kharbuja) – 2 cups
Brown Sugar – 1 to 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp (optional)
Chilled Water – ¼ cup (Or add Ice Cubes)
Method:
Cut the Musk Melon into two halves. Scrape the center portion and discard it. Scoop out the flesh.
Take this flesh in a blender (or mixer jar). Add the Lemon juice, brown Sugar and water or Ice cubes.
Blend it well till it becomes smooth.
Pour this juice into the serving glass and serve.
Notes:
You can add any sweetener like honey, sugar to replace the brown sugar.
Musk Melon Juice tends to separate if it sits for a long time. So, stir well before pouring into the glass.
