Lemon, being packed with Vitamin C, has many benefits. It improves the skin health and gives that healthy glow to your face. It helps in weight loss. It helps in easy digestion. It prevents dehydration. So, lemon juice is the go-to drink on a hot summer day. If you take lemon Juice in the early morning with warm water, it helps in flushing out toxins. It also helps in giving relief from cold and reduces inflammation in joints.
Ingredients:
Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice – 2 to 2 ½ tbsp
Ice Cubes – as per preference
Chilled Water – 2 cups
Sugar – 4 tbsp
Salt – a small pinch
Black Salt – a small pinch
Pudina (Mint Leaves) – 8 to 10 (torn into pieces)
Cumin Seed Powder – 1 pinch (optional)
Method:
Combine everything except water in a bowl. Stir them well.
Add cold water. Add Ice Cubes, if you prefer.
Pour it in the glass through a sieve.
Done!
Note:
I used powdered Sugar to make it easy to mix.
You can adjust the quantity of Sugar, Salt, black Salt and Cumin Seed Powder to suit your taste.
