Sugar – 1 tbsp or as required
Cold Water – as required
Ice Cubes – as required
Method:
Wash and clean the Mangoes. Peel off the skin and discard the skin. Cut the Mango into cubes.
Take the Mango Cubes in a blender along with Sugar and a cup of water. Blend them smoothly. Adjust the texture by adding more water during blending, if required. If the Mango selected was a fibrous variety, strain the juice (after blending) thru a filter to filter out the fibers.
Serve it in tall glasses with Ice Cubes.
