Sweet Corn and Capsicum Sandwich

Sindhi Gobi Potato / Aloo Gobi

Sandwich is an all-time favorite dish to be eaten during evening tea or for a quick meal. Bonus: It can be prepared in minutes!! Sweet Corn Capsicum Sandwich is one of the many Sandwich verities.

Ingredients

Boiled Sweet Corns – 1 cup

Finely Chopped Capsicum – ¾ cup

Grated Cheese – 2 tbsp

Chilli Flakes – 1 pinch

Black Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp

Finely Chopped Cilantro (Dhania Leaves – 2 tbsp

Oregano –   ¼ tsp

Fresh Basil Leaves – 3 (finely chopped)

Salt to taste

Fresh Cream – 1 tbsp

Bread Slices – 6

Butter – 2 tsp

Method

Take Sweet Corn and Capsicum in a bowl.

Add all the other ingredients except the Bread and Butter. Mix well.

 

Take 4 Bread Slices on a flat surface. Spread 2 to 3 tbsp of stuffing on each of the slices. Cover them with the other three slices.

Apply butter on top and bottom of these sandwiches. G

rill these Sandwiches in a Sandwich Maker till the Sandwich become crispy and golden in color.

Slice each Sandwich into two or four pieces.

Done!
