Sautéed Mushroom with Onion is a very easy to make recipe.
Ingredients
Mushroom – 300 Gms (quartered, halved and sliced)
Oil – 1 tsp
Butter – 1 tsp
Cumin Seed – ½ tsp
Onion – 1 (sliced)
Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped Cilantro (Dhania Leaves) – 2 tbsp
Method
Heat the Oil and Butter in a pan. Add Cumin Seeds. When it crackles, add the sliced Onion.
Sauté till the Onion becomes light brown. Add the chopped Mushroom. Sauté it in medium flame till the Mushroom becomes tender and the water evaporates completely.
Add Salt, Chilli Powder and Pepper Powder. Mix them well.
Add Cilantro Leaves. Mix well.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Serve with Chappati, Roti, Rice etc
You can use it as a filling in a Sandwich also to make a very tasty Bread Sandwich.
