Salt – as needed

Method
Heat a Dosa Tawa or flat griddle and grease it with oil.
Pour a ladle of batter and spread with a circular motion with the ladle. The thickness of the Dosa should not become too thick or too thin.
Drizzle some oil on the top of Dosa. Cover the Dosa with a lid for about 30 to 40 seconds. Remove the lid.
Break the Eggs and pour it on the Dosa evenly.
Sprinkle Salt and Pepper Powder on the Dosa evenly.
Flip the Dosa after a few seconds and allow it to cook for another minute.
Transfer to a plate and serve it hot with Chutney or Sambar.
Note:
The Egg can be broken in a bowl and then Salt and Pepper can be added and mixed. This mix can also be spread on the Dosa instead of breaking the Egg above the Dosa.
