Vegetables are always good for health. And if we can make a dish with a mixture of many vegetables, one can get the benefit of all the vegetables in the dish. And here is one such dish which can be served as a salad or you can serve it with Rice, Roti etc
Ingredients (Dry):
Carrot Medium Sized – 1
Capsicum (Bell Pepper) – 1
Onion Large – 1
Cabbage – 1 ½ cup
Broccoli – 1 cup
Oil – 1 tsp
Cumin Seed – ¾ tsp
Ginger Crushed – ¾ tsp
Chilli Oil with Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Butter – 1 tsp
Mixed Herb – ½ tsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Melon Seed – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Cut all the Vegetables in Juliennes. Slice the Onions in stripes and and separate them.
Heat the Oil in a pan. Add Cumin Seed and stir for a few seconds. Add the crushed Ginger.
Stir for 10 to 20 seconds and add the sliced Onion and all the vegetables. Add Salt.
Stir cook them for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. Add the Chilli Flakes with the Chilli Oil. Add Butter, Honey and mixed Herb. Stir cook for a minute. Switch off the flame. Add Lemon Juice. Mix well.
Serve when it is medium hot with Garlic Bread Toast.
