I have posted many recipes to make tasty Sandwiches. As I had said earlier, the variations one can make in making Sandwiches are innumerous. And let us see how to make one more Sandwich here. The specialty in this Sandwich is that you can eat it without spilling any of the fillings in this Sandwich and so, it is a very handy Sandwich one can carry while travelling. Both Kids and Adults would love its taste.
Ingredients:
Bread Slice – 4
Paneer (Cottage Cheese) – 150 Gms
Butter – 2 tbsp
Green Chutney – 3 to 4 tbsp
Pepper Powder – as required
Salt – to taste
Peanut Chutney Powder – 1 to 2 tsp
Method:
Cut the Paneer into medium thick slices. Keep aside
Apply Butter on all the slices of the Bread evenly. Spread the Green Chutney evenly on the slices on one side of the slices. Place the Paneer slices above it.
Sprinkle pepper and Salt on two of the slices and sprinkle Peanut Chutney Powder on the other two slices.
Cover the two slices with Pepper and Salt with the other two slices. Press them together lightly. You can toast these Sandwiches also.
Cut into four pieces and serve.
Note:
You can use the Green Chutney, if you have or you can make fresh Green Chutney and use.
I used Black Pepper and also Pea Nut Chutney to sprinkle. You can avoid Pea Nut Chutney if you do not have it with you.
I did not get a big block of Cheese. So, I cut the Paneer into slices and arranged on the bread slice. It would have been better if we used a single slice of Paneer.
