This is a spicy and savory salad which would be liked by all.
Ingredients
Potato (Peeled and cut into small cubes) – ¾ cup
Carrot (cut into small cubes) – 2 tbsp
Frozen or Fresh Green Peas – 2 tbsp
Jalapeño – 3 to 4 pieces
Black Pepper Powder – one pinch
Grated Garlic – 1 or 2 pods
Parsley (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
Mint – 10 to 12 leaves (finely chopped)
Mustard Sauce – 1/8 tsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Smoothen the Yogurt.
Add Mint, Parsley, Grated Garlic, Jalapeno, Pepper Powder, Salt, Honey and the Lemon Juice. Mix well.
Boil 2 cups of water in a vessel. Add the Potato Cubes and cool till it becomes tender. Strain the water and keep the Potatoes aside. Parboil the Carrots and green peas. Allow it to become cool.
Add the yogurt dressing and salt. Mix well.
Best served cold!
