This recipe is an easy to make nutritious Indo-Chinese recipe which would be liked by kids as well as grown-ups.
Ingredients
Hakka Noodles – 100 Gms
Oil – 2 tbsp + 1 tsp
Vegetable – 1 cup (Carrots and French Beans)
Eggs – 2
Finely chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1 pinch
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Chilli Sauce – ½ tsp
Soya Sauce – ½ tsp
Tomato Sauce – 1 tbsp
Spring Onion – 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Boil the noodles in sufficient quantity of water with a pinch of Salt. When the Noodles are cooked, drain the water and keep aside.
Heat ½ tsp of Oil in a pan. Break the Eggs into it and leave it for 30 to 40 seconds. Add a pinch of Salt and Black Pepper Powder.
Start stirring gently and cook till the Eggs are completely cooked. Keep aside.
Heat oil in the same pan. Add chopped garlic and stir fry till fragrant.
Add chopped onions and stir well.
Add finely chopped Carrot and Beans. Stir cook in medium high flame and sauté till the Vegetables are cooked and become crunchy.
Add the scrambled Egg, Soya Sauce, Pepper Powder and the Tomato Sauce. Stir well till the Vegetables and Eggs are mixed with the sauce.
Add the boiled Noodles and the Spring Onion.
Toss well for a minute and serve hot.
Note:
You can make this dish spicier by adding more Pepper Powder and Chilli Sauce.
You can add more Sauce if you like the Noodles saucy.
