Creamy Almond Broccoli Salad is a very healthy and delicious salad since it is chockfull of proteins!
Ingredients
Almonds (Blanched and soaked in water overnight) – 8 to 10
Raisins (Dried Grapes) – 2 tbsp
Broccoli (cut into bite sized florets) – ½ cup
Fresh Green Peas boiled – ¼ cup
Onion (small sized) – 1 (sliced)
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves – 3 tbsp
For Dressing:
Soaked Almonds – 15
Mustard Sauce – ¼ tsp
Garlic Pods – 3
Maple Syrup – ½ tsp
Apple Cider Vinegar – 1 tsp
Olive Oil – 2 tsp
Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Grind all the ingredients under “For Dressing“ list together to a fine paste. If required, add little water to help grinding to a paste.
Take all other ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add the Almond dressing which we prepared and stir well.
Cover and chill for an hour before serving.
